RIN - Izzat ka sawaal hai

One does get a bit of chuckle with the overall idea of this message, but the judge-hammer kind of audio effects makes the clip rather, hmmm ordinary. I think its high time they roped in AR Rahman or atleast Vishal Shekhar to do their jingles.

Safedi pe Sharminda, layiye naya rin..., Izzat ka sawaal hai.

RIN: Jasmine Fresh

Rin Advance, jasmine ke khushboo ke saath :) None of Rin commercials can be rated high in terms of creativity, but I think they want to stick to the family brand image and chugging along in their business. Maybe we need to check their balance sheet to find out if they need some help in designing their "commerical messages" :)

RIN: Saboot Hai Kya?

OK, please dont ask me why I play so many detergent clips. Maybe because half of my weekend time is doing laundry and I wish that all those claims of perfect detergent is even half true. Anyways, this is first in series of RIN ads, featured by Boman Irani.

Enjoy this, if you may.

Vim Bar - Vandemataram Vande :)

I wish I found this clip last month for Indian Independence day as it would made it sweetly funny. Quite a creative message extolling merits of Vim bar. Having said that, do you know of anyone who bought this recently? :)

On a related note, if you find that your CD or DVD is jumping or unclear, do wash it with little soap and water and wipe it with a smooth cloth. It does work.

Nirma, Washing powder Nirma :)

I guess, after that caption you dont need to really explain or tell what your product is. Cutting straight to the chase, Nirma did capture quite a market. Its only the long and painful marketing clips of Ariel that really did the trick. Can anyone tell who is the market leader of detergents in India? Please use comments section to tell us because curious minds want to know. Thanks :)

Lalita jee (Surf ke khareedari mein hi samjhdari hai)

Looks like they learnt this caption well before they came up with "Gandhigiri" :)

I love the simple way they were trying to explain why spending a little bit more is actually good for the clothes in the long run. Ahhh..., those memories.

Wheel - Duniya ke sabse rangeen desh

...ko rakhe rang :)

Ok, here is a slighly better and creative commercial of Wheel detergent powder.

Wheel Detergent Powder

I was looking for "Wheel dadi" commercial, but only got hold of this slightly pulav-pakav clip. I hope you'd enjoy it anyways :)

Ok, seriously - Wheel need to hire some other advertising agency. Enough said.

Surf, Daag... achhe hai - 2

Continuing the "most cutest" series of Surf, the kiddos take on the chaos in India to a new level.

Listen closely for the "chaddi chod" by one kiddo, priceless.

Surf! Daag acche hai...

This is probably most cutest commercial to ever air on Indian Television. My heartiest congratulations to the creative team behind this.

"Sorry bolra hai"

"waapas nahi karna" ;-)
